Job Description
The Position You will be part of a cross‑functional engineering team working on backend, frontend, SRE, and QA to build tools, APIs and integrations for Remote’s products. The specific team and product focus will be determined during the interview based on business needs and your preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of major team‑scoped projects and participate in cross‑team initiatives for HR and Payroll products.
Actively contribute to product work: provide feedback, suggest solutions and use technical expertise to inform product improvements.
Maintain a deep understanding of the team’s domain from both product and engineering perspectives.
Provide constructive feedback on code reviews and contribute to the shared codebase.
Debug and resolve technical and business issues.
