Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for the creation and implementation of a new core policy administration system and customer portal. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionalities meet business specifications. Support the drafting of Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflows, and guidelines. Write and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to facilitate project clarity and direction. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress. Help plan and organize project activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
