Join a major digital transformation initiative within a European institutional environment. ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business process evolution, system modernization, and IT transformation projects in a complex financial ecosystem.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape future processes, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of new solutions.
THE WORK:
- Analyze and document current business processes and system functionalities (As-Is).
- Design and document future processes and target operating models (To-Be).
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for new IT developments and system enhancements.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, business cases, user stories, process models, and test cases.
