The Role
As the Senior Business Architect, you will lead operations strategy and business transformation for a major enterprise client in healthcare and consumer goods. You will own the end‑to‑end business discovery: facilitating executive workshops, decomposing complex value chains, identifying root causes of operational inefficiency, and translating findings into structured requirements that drive technical architecture and AI‑powered solutions. You will work across multiple parallel work streams alongside Solutions Architects, Data Engineers, and Program Managers, and you will be expected to run your lanes independently with full ownership of client relationships, deliverables, and outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of management consulting and AI‑enabled transformation. You are not building the technology, but you are shaping what it needs to do and why, bridging the gap between operational reality and the systems that will transform it.
