Senior Business Systems Analyst
We seek a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Salesforce Service Cloud processes and automation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop technical specifications, guide development teams, and oversee testing and deployment of solutions.
