Our client, a company specializing in facility and camp management, is looking for an organized, autonomous individual with excellent prioritization skills to fill a Senior Camp Logistics Coordinator position.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in the onboarding of workers (room assignments, data entry)
- Manage emergency calls outside regular business hours
- Coordinate technical maintenance team interventions with internal and external partners
- Manage automated system alarms and ensure proper follow‑up on interventions
- Participate in emergency response measures and intervene as required
- Ensure the safety of occupants in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Perform administrative follow‑ups (emails, reports, documentation, filing)
- Manage purchase requests and monitor operational expenses
