Responsibilities / O que irá fazer
- Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery.
- Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports.
- Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions.
- Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams.
Requirements / O que procuramos
- Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk.
- Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python.
- Ability to translate numbers into actions that solve customer problems.
