What You'll Do
- Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery;
- Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports;
- Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions;
- Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk;
- Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python;
- Ability to translate numbers into actions that solve customer problems;
