The Role
Lead end-to-end commercial performance across GMP projects, ensuring contract compliance, risk control, and margin optimisation across building services and data centre environments.
- Lead commercial outcomes across data centre / building services projects
- Provide clear advice on contracts, risk, and financial performance
- Drive cost control, forecasting & reporting
- Negotiate high-value M&E and trade subcontracts
- Oversee contracts to make sure commitments are met and margins are maintained
