  Senior Compensation Specialist – EUROPE

 Develop proposals to successfully attract, engage, and retain top talent for Alcon Europe, including, but not limited to, job level validation/calibration, international transfer offers, off-cycle adjustments, and custom action plans for targeted associate groups
