What You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant at BTS, you’ll help organizations translate their strategies into action while also playing a key role in client development and account growth . You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.
Facilitating strategic workshops and training sessions , both in-person and virtually, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
Designing customized learning journeys and simulations , in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise.
Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
