Senior Consultant, Business Process – AI & Automation
The Senior Consultant, Business Process – AI & Automation is responsible for defining and advancing the AI and automation strategy across Human Resources. This role focuses on redesigning and optimizing end‑to‑end HR processes, translating enterprise priorities into a scalable roadmap, and delivering AI‑enabled, automated workflows across HR’s core technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for HR’s business process automation and AI initiatives, aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead the end‑to‑end redesign of HR business processes, shifting from fragmented use cases to integrated, AI‑enabled workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability, using tools such as Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and Gemini Enterprise.
