Where You'll Make a Difference
Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for complex B2B customer orders (domestic and export)
Handle export operations with a focus on maritime logistics, including booking coordination and shipment follow‐up
Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and invoicing activities in SAP (Sales and Distribution module)
Monitor order fulfillment and proactively coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipping lines
Manage documentation requirements aligned with international trade standards and Incoterms
Resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, and customer claims
