Only candidates who are permanent in the Administrative Architect title or those who are reachable on the promotional list (exam #6501) or the open-competitive list (exam #6001) may apply. The NYC Department of Design & Construction, Public Buildings Division seeks a Sr. Design Reviewer to join the Sustainability Unit. The selected candidate will serve as one of the unit’s representatives for capital projects. Responsibilities include: project scope development; design, construction, and post-construction technical review for both sustainability and resiliency; LEED compliance strategies; and certification documentation.
