Job Description
The Senior Designer role is a full-time position. In this role, the Senior Designer will support the drafting team and broader project group by coordinating complex drafting activities, producing complete engineering drawing packages, and ensuring deliverables meet project, construction, and client requirements. The Senior Designer will also support management initiatives including mentorship, team development, and continuous improvement of drafting processes. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate drafting tasks assigned to the drafting team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Assign work appropriately based on skill level and support the development of team members through progressive task allocation.
