- You move fast, prioritise well, and take ownership without being asked
- You communicate clearly — to teammates, to leadership, to anyone who needs to understand what you're doing and why
- You're curious and always looking for the next thing to test or improve
- (Desirable) Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or job board platforms
- (Desirable) Familiarity with Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualisation tools
