What is the opportunity?
The Senior Director of Operations will lead the Magog Manufacturing site toward operational excellence and productivity. This role reports to the Vice President Manufacturing and is an integral part of the global leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
As the site leader, the Senior Director will:
- Serve as the leader of the local Executive Management team and a member of the global manufacturing leadership team.
- Guide employees and leaders in achieving organizational goals and ambitions in accordance with internal and external procedures.
- Be responsible for the overall site budget and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Operations and Resource Management
