In this position, you will spearhead technical development for various R&D projects while managing responsibilities across your team. You will design and evaluate electro-acoustic circuits and systems essential for hearing instruments, as well as verify product performance against key criteria. Your role includes partnerships with Marketing and Audiology teams, ensuring a cohesive product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical development activities for assigned R&D projects
• Design and evaluate circuits and power management systems
• Support hardware integration by mentoring junior developers
• Verify performance against electro-acoustic and audio quality standards
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and competitor products
