The Office for Institutional Equity (OIE) at the Johns Hopkins University (JHU) is seeking a highly qualified, motivated and skilled individual to fill our **_Senior Equity Compliance Investigator_** role to
+ Help manage the day-to-day and strategic responsibilities associated with the University’s sexual misconduct, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies and compliance obligations.
+ Assist in the handling of equal opportunity issues involving members of the University community, including: assessing and investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct and retaliation; providing guidance/mentorship to OIE staff; presenting educational programs related to University policy on relevant equal opportunity matters; and collaborating on the development of University policy and procedure.
