Senior Estimator – Commercial Fitout & Refurb
We are partnering with a highly respected T2 headcontractor known for delivering high-quality commercial, education, hospitality & retail projects up.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator—or strong intermediate Estimators looking to step up—to join a company with real career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs and variations
- Summarise scope of works and tenders
- Collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals
- Provide initial estimating assessments for tender shortlist reviews
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement to negotiate pricing
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years’ experience as an Estimator, ideally in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, or large-scale commercial/infrastructure projects
- Degree in Construction Managem...
