Tradition Construction Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion. This role combines senior‑level estimating expertise with full‑cycle project management responsibilities across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects throughout Southwestern Ontario.
We are looking for a professional who takes initiative, approaches challenges with practical and creative thinking, and is motivated to contribute meaningfully to project and team success.
This position is an existing vacancy based in London, Ontario and requires travel to job sites within approximately a one‑hour radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
