In this leadership role, you will act as the Senior Estimator and Preconstruction Lead, owning the full bid process end-to-end while ensuring alignment on cost, scope, schedule, and risk. You are not only responsible for producing estimates; you lead the entire pursuit, from early strategy and positioning through final submission and transition to operations. You serve as the single point of accountability during preconstruction, ensuring every pursuit is structured, competitive, and risk‑aware.
