Job Description
The responsibilities of the Finance & HR Executive shall include, but are not limited to, those contained in the following statements:
Finance
1. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records, accounts receivable and accounts payables
2. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
3. Prepare timely and relevant management reports for monitoring and analysis
4. Prepare GST reports for quarterly submission
5. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
6. Develop and put into practice procedures and systems for handling finances and accounting, review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Human Resource
1. Manage full spectrum of human resource management and office administrative functions
