SUMMARY Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Manager, Finance has oversight responsibility for all aspects of the accounting, audit, budget, and reporting functions across both SGH and SGHF.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise direct reports which includes monitoring work assignment, time off, coaching and completing annual performance reviews
Develop job descriptions for Team
Develop, recommend, monitor, review and revise financial policies, procedures and internal controls and ensures compliance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Calendarize the deliverables for the finance department and team
Ensure the team is supported with adequate tools: i.e. IT hardware/ software and desks chairs, office space
Review and approve reports for external and internal parties as well as the Finance Committees and Boar...
