Job Description
- Lead the local finance function, ensuring integrity of processes, robust controls and full compliance.
- Build and strengthen relationships with global teams (China/Hong Kong), adapting to the pace and working style of Asian stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to HR and local senior leadership on organizational and financial decisions.
- Manage and develop a team of coordinators and analysts across Credit & Collections, FP&A, Budget & Forecast, and Financial Controls.
- Support regional direction and, where defined globally, contribute to topics related to other country operations.
- Navigate internal politics between local and global stakeholders to establish credibility and enable change.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, governance and budgetary discipline.
