Job Description
As a Senior Fund & SPV Accountant your responsibilities are:
- Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg SPVs (securitisation, debt structures, active trading entities)
- Act as the main point of contact for your entities (Board, auditors, service providers, internal teams)
- Review and control work performed by external administrators and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare and analyse quarterly reporting, cash monitoring, and internal reporting packs
- Produce/review Lux GAAP financial statements when required
- Coordinate with legal, tax and investment teams to ensure proper governance and compliance
- Oversee complex flows (funding, distributions, leverage structures, co-investments)
- Contribute to process improvements and potential internalisation/automation initiatives
- Support corporate aspects (board processes, entity lifecycle, documentation)
