A prestigious Management Company belonging to a renowned international financial group is currently looking to recruit a Senior Fund Corporate Officer to strengthen its Corporate Legal Department in Luxembourg.
This role offers the opportunity to join a highly international environment and work on sophisticated investment fund structures while playing a key role in the governance and coordination of Luxembourg entities.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day corporate governance of Luxembourg fund vehicles and related entities
- Organise and coordinate board meetings and shareholders' meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, proxies, and resolutions
- Coordinate fund closings and corporate actions in collaboration with legal, finance, compliance, and external counsels
