Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Senior HR Business Partner supports the Plant HR Manager and is responsible for activities related to time and attendance management, payroll coordination and personnel administration, compliance with mandatory obligations, HR KPI reporting, and managing contractual aspects with temporary staffing agencies. The role ensures overall accuracy of employee-related data and compliance with required process timelines. The following responsibilities complete and integrate the contractual job classification associated with the assigned level.
