Position: Senior Human Resources Generalist (On Site)
Reporting to: National Human Resource and Safety Manager, the Senior HR Generalist collaborates with the local leadership team and assigned regional leaders, providing guidance to foster a positive work environment and support employee and labour relations. The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment according to business needs and business cycle (i.e., creating talent attraction and sourcing strategy, advertising for career openings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, providing realistic job and company previews, conducting reference checks).
