Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources , the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) plays a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that support both our operational and corporate teams.
This role supports both hourly and salaried employee populations within a dynamic research environment, requiring deep expertise in Canadian labour legislation, employee relations, and workplace practices .
As a senior advisor to business leaders, you will bring a strong balance of strategic influence and hands‑on execution , partnering closely with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all applicable labour standards.
