What you’ll do as a Senior Industrial Engineer:
Engineering Leadership & Strategy
- Own DC layout optimization and capacity planning using current and forecasted volumes to drive utilization and footprint improvements.
- Translate network and system designs such as WMS, ASRS, and automation into executable floor level solutions.
- Lead projects across layout and design, relocations, process integration, technology deployment, and labor modeling.
Continuous Improvement & Lean Execution
- Lead and manage Kaizen and CI initiatives (5S, value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, DMAIC).
- Execute projects focused on waste reduction, throughput, and cost efficiency while promoting a lean mindset across the DC.
- Support reliability engineering programs including preventive maintenance strategies.
