Senior Insurance Advisor Location: Calgary (Tuxedo Park), AB, 2400 Centre St N, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients about insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, manage complex insurance cases, and help the team grow and develop.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles
Share your expertise and knowledge as you coach and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
Laser‑focused with a record of achieving sales targets
Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
Master time manager, able to prioritize workload while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
2–3 years of industry experience
Insurance broker level 2 license and working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
