The IT Business Analyst partners with business and technical stakeholders to understand strategy and operational needs, then translates those needs into documented use cases and requirements for process and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate information gathering and use data analysis tools to identify key insights.
- Improve training and procedures to increase efficiency.
- Support solution evaluation and functional specifications, and oversee requirements through project delivery.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing and facilitate cross‑functional teams to resolve business or system issues.
