As the Senior Lead, you will oversee a team of coordinators in managing non-major permit applications while engaging with regulators and local Indigenous Nations. Your role emphasizes safety, strategic planning, and educational outreach to enhance the understanding of permitting processes among mine personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation of 30-60 non-major permits each year
• Mentor a team and resolve permitting requirements
• Facilitate weekly updates of the Application Summary Table
• Interact with various stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain and update the Permitting Guide annually
