Act as a trusted learning advisor to assigned lines of business, building strong ongoing relationships with business leaders and partners. Consult with leaders to understand business goals, performance challenges, compliance needs, and skill gaps, translating them into clear learning recommendations. Influence and guide stakeholders without formal authority, helping them make informed decisions about learning approaches, scope, and timing.
