Job Description
- Designing and implementing corporate governance frameworks from the ground up, including decision-making structures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance, transparency, and effective organisational management
- Providing strategic legal support across business operations, product development, and strategic partnerships
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements (including technology licensing, SaaS/AI agreements, NDAs, MSAs, energy-related agreements, procurement, and strategic partnerships)
- Advising on legal and regulatory matters related to artificial intelligence, data protection, intellectual property, and competition law
- Supporting financing processes, capital markets activities, and investor-related transactions
