- Deepen relationships by identifying cross‑sell opportunities and partnering with Wealth, Business Banking, and Home Financing teams.
- Grow client base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the Customer Experience Model (CEM).
- Maintain strong risk management, compliance, and operational practices.
