Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for a full‑time Level Designer.
Responsibilities
- Create level layouts, hotspots, and points of interest (POIs) that explore the game’s themes and lore while adhering to gameplay system constraints.
- Prototype environments, establish layout strategies, and suggest ways of integrating interactive and non‑interactive elements to elicit desired emotions.
- Iterate on game environments to guarantee a great play experience, integrating new gameplay, AI, sound, and other systems as the project evolves.
- Develop solid design documentation for level progression (flow), layouts, and 3D block‑outs for in‑engine playtesting.
- Produce playtest information and requirements to aid QA in validating and proofing levels prior to approval.
