1.Objective of the PositionImplement, lead and oversee thenational last mile logistics operationsfor the e-commerce delivery business, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-qualityparcel deliveriesthrough a new operative model;third-party REGIONAL logistics vendor(LSPs)across all Mexican states.This position ensureson-time delivery performance,customer satisfaction, andcontinuous improvementin alignment with company growth, cost savings and las mile delivery service standards.2.Main Strategic Responsibilities3PL Vendor ManagementManage and monitor on field and remote theRegional LSP providers responsible for national parcel pickup and delivery for regions.Ensure full compliance with contractual agreementsLSA, SLAandNDA.
