We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Officer to join our team for 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain the home, grounds and equipment to a safe, high standard.Complete safety checks, inspections, servicing and repair works.Coordinate maintenance tasks and support the Maintenance Officer, contractors and colleagues.Communicate clearly with residents, colleagues and contractors on repairs and maintenance progress.Respond to out-of-hours emergency queries when required.Support stock condition inspections, improvement works and other business needs.
