Global Transaction Banking (GTB) is the payments and transaction engine of Scotiabank, supporting Small Business, Commercial and Corporate clients with effective treasury management solutions coupled with a best-in-class service model.
Purpose
This position will act as a strategic and operational partner supporting the leadership of the Client Services team. The role ensures efficient execution of business priorities, drives operational discipline, coordinates cross‑functional initiatives, and provides data‑driven insights to improve client and employee satisfaction. Strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategy to execution are required.
