Job Description
Customer Engagement Excellence Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational performance, structure, reporting, systems, and coordination of Expomobilia's commercial organization, including Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
The role is focused on building consistency, accountability, visibility, and operational discipline across the customer engagement organization.
This position acts as a central point of coordination, visibility, and accountability across the commercial organization ensuring that:
- sales roadmaps are structured and tracked
- pipeline visibility is maintained
- resources are aligned appropriately
- systems and reporting are accurate
- team members are supported and held accountable
- leadership receives meaningful operational insights and analysis
