Senior Manager - Facility Operations 1
We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Facility Operations 1 and we promise it’s a really fun role! Responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, directing and controlling all operations within the service area of the ramp or small volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation.
- Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations.
- Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.
So what do you need to do all of this?
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) / equivalent
- Four (4) years of business experience including, one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
