Reporting to the AVP, FCRM Governance and Control, the Senior Manager will be accountable for aligning FCRM's oversight program to support the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of a regulatory compliance management program that is based upon and consistent with OSFI’s E-13 Guideline. This role provides leadership and subject matter expertise in the area of Compliance to OSFI guideline E13.

The general accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to contributing to the following:

  • Reviews of various Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Frameworks, standards, policies, and guidelines drafted to align with the requirements of OSFI Guideline E13
  • Participation in the development of a new Compliance risk assessment methodology aligned to OSFI Guideline E13 requirements
