Job Purpose
As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the financial planning process of the Company and assist in purchase to pay operations.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead financial planning processes, develop detailed budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with senior management.
- Consolidate, analyze, and summarize data from business partners for management reporting.
- Track quarterly financial reports, analyze variances between results and budgets, including costs, headcount, and future sales.
- Drive productivity improvements in FP&A tasks and company activities.
- Oversee P2P operations, including contracts, PO management, invoice processing, and travel & expense management.
- Manage and develop a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.
