What you can expect
You will play a key role in further developing the GTM strategy and the sales transformation roadmap together with the Director Strategic Growth, shaping both in terms of content and direction. In doing so, you will derive strategic priorities, target visions, and structured decision options for the Executive Board.You will take end-to-end strategic and operational responsibility for growth initiatives across European markets. This includes managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, prioritizing the most critical topics, and ensuring target achievement with clear accountability for results.You will define and steer the core transformation logic as well as the overarching guardrails across all initiatives.
