As a Senior Manager, Intelligent Systems Leadwithin GFT’s HR Information Technology (HRIT), you will provide leadership in designing and delivering the foundational data layer that serves as the single source of truth for incentive compensation data, and driving the ongoing evolution of incentive compensation technology platforms supporting both short- and long-term incentive programs.
