What is the opportunity?Serving as the RBC “Centre of Expertise” within the Next Best Action (NBA) Delivery team in the deployment of data-driven, targeted client communications for Next Best Action. You will champion and successfully manage through uncertainty and change in a fast paced environment while leading and supporting team members through the process, and keeping them focused on business priorities.
