Senior Manager, Practice Marketing – Canada (Toronto). Leads marketing strategy and programs for Gallagher’s benefits, HR, and talent management consulting practices, driving business development and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing strategy for designated consulting practice areas or client solutions, including talent management services.
- Consult with practice leadership as go‑to marketing lead, leveraging market intelligence and persona profiles to determine thought leadership, sales, and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and client retention.
- Coordinate consulting practice marketing programs, including editorial calendar (webinars, whitepapers, conference speaking submissions, engagements, client seminars, etc.), omnichannel promotional plans, and collateral development.
