Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Workplace technology, this position is primarily responsible for delivering technology initiatives, supporting existing real estate technology applications, and researching technology trends to identify new opportunities for improving employee workplace experience and optimizing space utilization. The role manages the real estate technology portfolio in partnership with business stakeholders, internal stakeholders, technology team, and vendors. The role emphasizes continuous skill development in areas such as structured thinking, stakeholder communication, project management, technology implementation, research, and advanced analytics to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Code of Conduct, RBC Values, Guiding Principles, and Privacy Principles.
